The Surroundings, Etten in the Achterhoek

In the village itself, the little old Roman Church, the windmill ‘De Witten’,and various small streets invite to a stroll. The “Achterhoek”itself is a perfect decoration for longer walking or biking trips, with might eventually lead into Germany.

Also forests (Montferland) are within a few kilometres. Castles, rivers, golf-courses, windmills, villages ,and gardens make the surroundings of Etten a challenge for further investigation.
